How and where did Rhone begin?
Rhone was the collective vision of a small group of weekday warriors. For years, we were frustrated by the lack of activewear designed for men and wanted something better. With that in mind, we set out to design premium apparel that is made for motion and engineered to endure.

Advanced materials and state of the art technology are combined with heritage craftsmanship to create a new standard in activewear. Every product tells a story of premium performance, reminding its wearer to push themselves physically without having to sacrifice comfort and style.

Where did the name Rhone come from?
Rhone is a beautiful river and valley in Switzerland and France. We love that area of the world and it has the perfect mix of aesthetic and function which is what we strive for as a brand.

Where are Rhone products made?
All of our products are designed at our headquarters in Stamford, CT. We’ve established relationships with some of the best textile mills and factories in the world. Our products are constructed in Peru, Columbia, Taiwan, China, and Malaysia with the deepest consideration and care. We have a warehouse in Draper, UT where we store and ship our clothes to you!
How are your products sized?
Our products are made to fit active men better than anyone else. We take great care to stay true to our sizing. Check out our Sizing Chart or by clicking “Find My Size”, which you can access on every product page. We take great care to stay true to our sizing chart, so you can always expect a great fit. However the best way to know what size you are is to try it on. We accept returns if you take it home and really feel you need to move up or down a size.
What kind of technology does Rhone have?
Out of the many activewear brands out there, our performance technologies and taste for premium fabrics are what sets us apart. Rhone fabrics are sourced from across the globe to provide high-performance activewear for men - which means they endure everything from a tough commute to a rough terrain to an intense gym workout.

Commuter Dress Shirt Guarantee FAQs
What is your "Most Comfortable Dress Shirt Ever Made" Guarantee policy?
If you're not satisfied for any reason with your order of the Commuter Dress Shirt we’ll make it right by issuing you a refund or allowing you to exchange the Commuter Dress Shirt for other Rhone products. Just contact our Customer Experience team with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund or an exchange to get something more comfortable.
  • Only applies to your first Commuter Dress Shirt purchase.
  • All requests must be made within 45 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in-store orders at Rhone retail locations).
  • If you choose to replace the Commuter Dress Shirt, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.
  • For all other returns and exchanges, please see our standard return policy .

Why is my tracking number not working?
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated and accurate.

Please make sure to wait 24 hours from the day your order was shipped to get updated tracking information.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders both ways (no minimum) for all domestic orders. If you’d like expedited shipping, we have different options available. Standard orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed same day. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 3pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 3pm EST on a Friday, your order will ship out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/average shipping times.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is now available on Rhone.com! Simply go to www.rhone.com, choose your country in the top right hand corner, and shop to your heart’s content in your country’s currency. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to rhone.zendesk.com. Please note that international orders can take up to 2 days to process.
Which countries do you ship to?
International shipping is currently available worldwide. We also ship to APO / FPO addresses.
Can I check the status of my international order?
To check the status of your order or track your package, please login to your Rhone.com account and scroll down to “Order Status”.
Who should i contact with questions about my international order?
All inquiries regarding your international order should be directed to the Rhone customer service team by going to rhone.zendesk.com or chatting with them via the Rhone.com webpage.
Can I return my international order?
Yes, we do accept international returns. However, please be advised that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Simply contact us at rhone.zendesk.com to notify us of your return and then send your return package to the following address:

What if I do not want to pay for international shipping and duty costs?

What do I do if my package was lost in transit?
We ship via FedEx, which provides a secure and easily trackable method of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do all we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package, we cannot be responsible for shipped and delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

Can I ship to a military address?
First of all, we are grateful and ever indebted for your service. We are happy to ship to any APO or FPO addresses completely free! Just visit www.rhone.com to place your order!
How can I change my shipping address?
Input the wrong address? No problem! Please reach out through chat or email as soon as your realize the address is incorrect and we will do our very best to get it updated! Please note that we try very hard to get your orders out the same day it is placed and as such, there will be times when we are unable to adjust the address.
Gifting
I’m giving Rhone as a gift. Can you ship an order without a receipt in the package?
First of all, way to go. You win gift-giver of the year. Secondly, each Rhone order comes with a packing slip, but not a receipt. The packing slip will not show the cost of the items purchased, it will only show the shipping address and which items were included.
I’m giving Rhone as a gift. Do you offer gift wrap or gift messaging?
We do! We offer gift box (small and large) fna gift wrap options. Small gift boxes are $0.99 and large gift boxes are $1.99. Gift wrap is $4.99. You can add by clicking “I’d like a gift box or gift wrapping” at check out.

We also offer FREE gift messaging on any order. Just be sure to click “I want to add a gift message” at checkout.
Rhone Returns and Exchanges
What is the Rhone return/exchange policy?
Not quite what you thought it would be? We can help with that! Send your items back within 45 days after the date of shipment for a full refund. Just visit rhone.loopreturns.com to process your return or exchange your items and get your free return label!

Just remember that all returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with hang tags still attached to receive a refund. Items returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition after 45 days are only eligible for Rhone credit (and who said that was a bad thing?). Items not sent back in their original, unwashed, unworn state are not eligible for a cash refund. Note: All items sold in the Sale collection are final sale items. As such, only product exchanges and in-store credit (no refunds) are allowed.

Once your item has been received by the warehouse, please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed. All refunds will be credited back to the credit card or method of payment used at the time of purchase. Refunds take 5-10 business days to process once the refund has been issued.

Please note that we don’t accept returns of Rhone items purchased from third-party retailers (Equinox, REI, Nordstrom, etc.). Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy.

What is the Walden House and how do I visit it?
Rhone's Walden House is a mobile store and showroom embarking on a multi-city tour. To develop Walden House, Rhone partnered with New Frontier, a designer leading the tiny house movement. The 192 sq. ft. space was created with an elevated attention to detail similar to Rhone’s products, and with nature in mind.

Unfortunately, because we do not store credit card info, we are unable to change it on your order. It’s Friday and I need my order by Saturday. What shipping method do I choose?
Weekends are tricky in the shipping world, but don’t worry, we’re here to help. If you need your package by Saturday and it is already Friday, please be sure to pick Overnight-SATURDAY DELIVERY. Otherwise your package will arrive on Monday.
How long will hemming my pants take?
We are happy to announce that we offer complimentary hemming on our Commuter and City Pant! Hemming can take an extra 5-7 business days, so please plan accordingly. We will do our hardest to get your pants hemmed and sent out to you ASAP!
I didn’t see that you offer complimentary hemming but I want my Commuter Pants hemmed. What do I do?
Need your pants hemmed? No problem! If you have already purchased a pair of Commuter or City Pants we would be happy to reimburse up to $10 if you take them to you local tailor. Once hemmed, just send us the receipt at rhone.zendesk.com and we will credit your order that amount! Please do not ship them back to the warehouse to be hemmed once purchased and received.
I want to get other Rhone pants besides the Commuter and City Pant hemmed? Do you offer hemming services on all pants?
Unfortunately at this time we only offer complimentary hemming services on our Commuter and City Pants.
