Bench Press @ Bodyweight + Burpee/Pull-up 

10/1. 9/2, 8/3, 7/4, 6/5, 5/6, 4/7, 3/8, 2/9, 1/10 reps of each

Instructions:

Complete 10 reps of Bench Press and 1 rep of Burpee/Pull-up

Then complete 9 reps of Bench Press and 2 rep of Burpee/Pull-up

Follow the pattern until you have completed 1 rep of Bench Press and 10 reps of Burpee/Pull-up

The goal is to do this as quickly as possible without sacrificing form.
